A special train will bring the Peabody, Burns, and Florence people to the Track Meet tomorrow. Five hundred visitors are expected. The train will start from Peabody, go to Florence and Burns and get here in ample time for the afternoon events. The literary program will be held in the evening at the auditorium and the train will not start from here until the program is over.

The Hirschler Auto Co. sold another Overland a few days ago. This time N.M. Sondergard of Lost Springs is the lucky fellow.

Mr. H.P. Paddock, representative of the Denver, Laramie & Northwestern railroad, left Tuesday with a party of Marion county men for Colorado and Wyoming. At Newton, they joined a large party of men from other places who were going west for the same purpose. A train made up of five Pullmans was used to carry the crowd. The new railroad is being built with funds furnished by a large army of stockholders, many of whom are farmers, and a large number of Marion county people have invested in this undertaking. Besides Mr. Paddock, the Marion county members of the excursion party were: H.C. Funk, P.H. Meehan, J.S. Strickler, G.H. Wight, Christ Siebert, J.A. Livoni, Geo. Stenzel, B.F. Dole, Taylor Riddle.

The people of Lincolnville are taking steps toward incorporating the town. They have filed their petition with the county commissioners and April 26 has been set by the board as the day for hearing the petition.

The Tampa Motor Car Co. reports the sale of two touring cars this week—a Great Western to W.W. Musick at Ramona and an E.M.S. to Richard Costello of Tampa.

Last week, a gentleman advertised in the Record for the eye glasses which he had lost and the next day after the paper came out he found them in the chicken lot at home. A lady advertised in the same paper for her watch and in a couple of days found it under the scarf on her bureau. Brethren, it pays to advertise.
