The Loveless window display of White Goods is one of the most unique that has appeared in Main street windows recently. A good window display is not only a good thing for the store, but it helps the town.

The “Isle of Spice” was played by home talent last night to a house that crowded the capacity of the Auditorium. And to use the language of the dramatic critics, as borrowed largely from Shakespeare, the performance was a marguerite, a humdinger, and a lollopolooser.

Mrs. E.W. Hoch went to Omaha Tuesday night and there she joins Governor Hoch tonight to accompany him to the Pacific coast where he goes to fill a number of lecture engagements. Miss Edna Hoch went with her to Kansas City and from there to Chanute to visit her sister, Mrs. J.W. Reid.

The Conyers Café was taken by W.O. See a short time ago in a trade and from his hands passed into the hands of County Attorney Williams whose son is now running it for him.

Mrs. C.C. Claney and Mrs. Edwin Harter visited their husbands at Aulne on Friday. Harters will move to Aulne in the very near future but the Claney family will not move until March.
