At the council meeting held Wednesday evening of last week Coble avenue between Denver street and the north of the cemetery was ordered graded to a width of 26 feet and Engineer Mavity to set stakes for grades to insure perfect drainage.

A sidewalk was ordered in on the north side of Sherman street from Lincoln avenue to Cedar street and from Sherman street to Hudson street.

The street commissioner was instructed to put in the necessary street and alley crossing all to comply with sidewalk ordinance.

The report of Engineer Mavity with profile and estimate of probable cost of building sidewalk and retaining wall along north line of city park, also filling and grading Main street from east end of the bridge to the west line of the Baptist church property and improving Elm street from Main street to the foot of the hill, was presented and read and on motion was laid on the table.

Cost too much money to be considered at this time although needed.
