Mrs. C.J. Ecker served dinner Tuesday evening in honor of her son Don’s 16th birthday. Invited guests were Tim Burkholder, Bud Hannaford, Monty Frazier, C.R. Moulton, Dick Summervill, Kent Richmond, Dennis Richards, Norman Bredemeier, and Don and Dale Ecker.
The newly formed congregation of the Marion Catholic church will hold a family church picnic in Central Park next Sunday noon. The church committee includes Ed Costello, Earl Priebe, Frank Tajchman, and Ed Sandwell.
