The Marion hospital was a busy, bustling place last Saturday as five new babies arrived, or prepared to arrive, at almost the same time. The first to arrive was Warren Eugene, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hart. At 9:45 p.m., Ronald Dean, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Kreutziger, was born. Steven Paul, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Childs was born at 10:51 p.m., and Clydeen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Edmonds at 11:25 p.m. Completing the stork’s work was Marsha Lynne, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edson Childs, who was born at 8 p.m. Sunday.

Mickey Summervill celebrated his birthday Monday afternoon with a party in the park. Guests were Mrs. Chas. Bredemeier, Carol and Barbara Mott, John and Bob Watson of Kingman, Gary Mott, Earl Winter, Harold Soyez, Buddy Winter, Wayne Johnson, Allen Sturbenz, Robert Melton, Bill Good, Gary Vogel, Norman Priebe, Keith Conyers, Bobby Bass, Jerry Kline, Dicky Rittel, Lane Broadstreet, Jay Pankratz, and John, Marion and Sue Ellen Summervill.

Tarrant Home and Auto Supply is inviting farmers and their families to the Marion City Auditorium Aug. 30 for a special program consisting of motion pictures and discussion on the use of Electricity on the farm.
