Costel Luliu Baciu, 25, of Fort Riley, struck a deer with his 2002 Lincoln passenger car at 5:35 a.m. Aug. 3.

200 block of East Main Street, Burns

Elva L. Plett, 86, of 312 Meadow lane, Goessel, and Brian D. Stucky, 56, of 309 S. Church St., Goessel, collided when they backed their 2000 Chrysler Towncar and 2001 Ford pickup, respectively, from parking stalls on opposite sides of the street at 12:09 p.m. Aug. 3.
