These accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:

Alley between Ash and Birch streets, Hillsboro

Some time between 10:30 p.m. Oct. 12 and 8 a.m. Oct. 13, someone was northbound in an alley between Ash and Birch Streets, Hillsboro, and missed the turn. The vehicle crashed through a wooden fence and knocked down a tree in the backyard of 207 W. Grand Avenue. The fence and tree are owned by Steve Millett of San Jose, Calif.

Indigo Road near 120th

Rebecca Alline Almond, 52, 309 N. Lincoln St., Hillsboro, was southbound on Indigo Road at 7:10 a.m. Oct. 13 in a 2000 Saturn SL, when a deer entered into the path of the car and was struck.
