The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:

K-15 near milemarker 138:

Kenneth W. Giesbrecht, 41, of 612 Lawrence St., Durham, was southbound on K-15 near milemarker 138 in a 2001 Dodge pickup at 5:45 a.m. Nov. 9 when a deer ran onto the road and was struck.

Limestone Road near 330th Road:

Michele Rae Berens, 41, of 414 Main St., Tampa, was northbound on Limestone Road near 330th Road in a 2007 Chevrolet Impala at 6:20 p.m. Nov. 18, when a deer ran from a west ditch and was struck. Reece Berens, 11, and Addie Berens, 8, same address as driver, were passengers in the Chevrolet.

290th Road near Nighthawk Road:

Leann C. Thomas, 23, of Manhattan, was westbound on 290th Road near Nighthawk Road in a 2000 Chevrolet pickup at 5:50 p.m. Nov. 20, when a deer ran in front of the pickup and was struck.

U.S. 56 near Cedar Street, Marion:

Kristin Ann Edington, 52, of Salina, was westbound on U.S. 56 near Cedar Street, Marion, in a 2003 Ford Taurus at 8:20 p.m. Nov. 21, and there were several deer in the road. One was struck. Joseph Glenn Edington, 8, same address as driver, was a passenger in the Ford.

U.S. 50 at U.S. 77:

Angela M. Billingsley, 34, of St. Joseph Mo., was westbound on U.S. 50 in a 2002 Chevrolet passenger car at 5:10 a.m. Nov. 27, when she failed to turn onto the roundabout and drove over the center. The car was registered to David C. Billingsley, of the same address. Billingsley had possible injuries but was not transported.
