1300 block of Nighthawk Road

Christopher McQuery, 31, 1411 Pawnee Road, Marion, was driving north on Nighthawk road when he entered a curve too fast, lost control of his vehicle, and flipped over at 12:30 a.m. March 13. Julie McQuery, 29, same address, was a passenger in the vehicle. She was transported by Marion County Emergency Medical Services to Newton Medical Center by 1:15 a.m. No injuries were reported for Christopher McQuery. He was driving a 2000 Oldsmobile passenger car. He failed a breath test and behavioral test for alcohol impairment, according to the report.

130th Road east of Pawnee Road

Bart Peace, 38, 14 Rock Road, Marion, was driving east on 130th when he hit a bridge flipping the vehicle into a nearby creek at 5 a.m. March 11. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident. Peace was driving his 1997 Ford pickup truck.

U.S. 56 east of Industrial Street

Tiffany Brax, 22, 305 Washington Street, Washington, was driving east on U.S. 56 when she struck a deer at 7:15 p.m. March 10. Brax was driving a 2006 Pontiac passenger car registered to Don Brax, same address.

615 N. Ash St., Hillsboro

Adeline Bernhardt, 89, 310 Lincoln St., Tampa, backed out of a parking spot and struck a parked vehicle at 9:50 a.m. March 12 in the Alco parking lot. Bernhardt was driving her 1999 Pontiac passenger car. The parked tow truck that was struck was registered to Auto House Incorporated, P.O. Box 488, Galva.

310 S. Adams Street, Hillsboro

Micaela Hinerman, 17, 310 S. Adams St., struck Darrel Knoll, 48, 203 Eisenhower St., Hillsboro, backing out of her driveway at 12:25 p.m. March 15. Kianna Hinerman, 15, same address was a passenger in the 2000 Pontiac registered to Jerry Hinerman, same address. Knoll was driving his 1996 Buick passenger car. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
