00 block of 230th Road

Elizabeth Hill, 50, 578 230th Road, Lehigh, was driving westbound at 9 a.m. March 30 in the 600th block of 230th Road when she struck a deer. She was driving her 2006 Chevrolet passenger car.

1800 block of 70th Road

Linwood Stevens, 76, 401 E. Longwood Drive, Hutchinson, was trying to back up at noon April 2 in the 1800 block of 70th Road when the driver’s side trailer tire went into the ditch, rolling the truck and trailer onto its left side, and blocking the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad tracks. Stevens was driving a 2001 Freightliner truck registered to Mid Kansas Cooperative, 307 W. Cole, Moundridge. No injuries were reported.
