The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:

110th Road near Yarrow Road:

Three people were injured when Dakota W. Spencer, 17, Wichita, hit a pothole and lost control of a 1990 Pontiac Sunfire at 6:20 p.m. July 5. His car overturned in a ditch.

Drew Canton, 14, of 412 W. 8th St., Florence and Shayla Britton, 16, of 412 ½ W. 8th St., Florence, were passengers.

Dakota was taken by Marion ambulance and Drew and Shayla were taken by Florence ambulance to St. Luke Hospital, Marion. The vehicle was registered to Tassie L. Britton, same address as Shayla.

U.S. 50 near mile marker 295:

Anthony D. Hill, 39, Americus, hit a deer with a 1999 Dodge Caravan at 5:50 a.m. July 14.

Damage was estimated at more than $1,000. Hill was not injured.

Nighthawk near 110th Road:

Steven F. Hafley, 49, of 211 W. Second St., Peabody, hit a deer with a 2001 Dodge Caravan at 4:40 p.m. July 18.

Damage was estimated at more than $1,000. Hafley was not injured.
