The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:

210th near Kanza Road:

William C. Allen, 17, of 1122 230th Road, Hillsboro was eastbound on 210th in a 2005 GMC at 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 27 and lost control of vehicle, went left of center and came back into the eastbound lane going sideways down into a ditch. Vehicle flipped over four and a quarter times and came to rest on the left side. The GMC is registered to Barry Allen of the same address. Allen was taken by Life Team to Wesley Hospital, Wichita.

Sunflower Road near 360th Road:

Logan J. Ryff, 21, of 1178 700 Ave, Hope, was traveling north on Sunflower Road at 5:40 p.m. Aug. 29 in a 2002 Chevroley C15 truck when he lost control coming into the curve. The vehicle entered the east ditch and rolled onto its top. Dustin D. Carter, 20, 945 Hwy 4, Hope; Lauren J. Overesch, 22, Prairie Village; Adam P. Cantenbein, 22, 970 Jeep Road, Hope; and Emily H. Knudson, 22, Emporia were all passengers in the truck. No injuries were reported but more than $1,000 in damages.

290th near Remington Road:

Amanda R. Brown, 31, of 513 Columbus St., Tampa was eastbound on 290th in a 2005 Buick passenger car at 7:30 a.m. Sept. 4 when a deer came from a north ditch and ran into the left side of the vehicle. Buick was registered to Thomas A. Brown of the same address.

No injuries were reported but more than $1,000 in damages.

U.S. 56/77 near U.S. 56/K-150:

Agnes M. Green, 83, of Paola was westbound in a 1995 Chevrolet Lumina at 11:40 a.m Sept. 5. She stopped at the stop sign and did not see the 2003 Ford Windstar van driven by Scott W. Peck, 47, Wichita. She pulled out and ran into the right side of the van that was northbound on U.S. 77. Alison G. Peck, 46; Jozie A. Peck, 4; and Grace F. Peck, 10 were all passengers in the van. No injuries were reported but more than $1,000 in damages.

Nighthawk and 190th roads, west of Marion

Two cars collided Sept. 6 when fog prevented one driver from seeing a stop sign.

Johnny Ray Ford, 30, Raytown, Mo., was southbound on Nighthawk Road at 9:02 a.m. in a 2006 Ford Freestar van and failed to see a stop sign, striking a 2009 GMC Envoy, driven by Angela Sue Lange, 32, Marion. Lange was injured and taken to St. Luke Hospital in a private vehicle.

Passengers in the van were Kristine, 27; Jaycee, 2; Taylor, 4; and Taryn Ford, 1, all of Raytown. No one else was injured in the crash.
