Intersection of Old Mill and 130th Road
A 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier, registered to Harry Bernhardt of 118 Billings, Marion, was northbound on Old Mill Road 7:42 p.m. Sept. 15. The vehicle rolled when it could not turn right onto 130th Road. It landed in a ditch on its roof. The driver of the vehicle was not specified in the Marion County Sheriff’s report and thus no injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
Intersection of Timber and 330th Road
Tiffany Hamilton, 34, 513 Columbus St., Tampa, was driving a 2009 Toyota, owned by Shoal Creek Chiropractic, Kansas City, Mo, eastbound on 330th Road at 1:05 p.m. Sept. 27. Hamilton failed to yield right of way to John Meek, 65, 3291 Timber Road, Lost Springs, driving his 2007 Chevrolet Silverado north on Timber Road and the two vehicles collided. Hamilton was transported by Tampa ambulance to Herington Hospital by 3:10.
80th Road west of Alamo road
Erica McMullin, 29, Newton, was driving a 1999 Toyota Corolla registered to Rickey Johnson, Newton, 8 p.m. Sept. 21 when she said she lost control and went into the south ditch. No injuries were reported.
100 block of North Main Street, Hillsboro
Carlson Fredrick, 69, 2485 Kanza Road, Hillsboro, backed a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country registered to Midway Motors, 614 N. Ash, Hillsboro, out of a parking space 3:30 p.m. Sept. 21 and struck a legally parked vehicle, a 2000 Ford F550 registered to the City of Hillsboro. The passenger side rear quarter panel of Fredrick’s vehicle and the driver’s side rear quarter panel of the Hillsboro truck were damaged.
2500 block of K-15 a quarter mile south from 260th road
Nicholas Hoffner, 19, 703 Abilene Street, Durham, was northbound 8:40 p.m. Sept. 21 on K-15 in a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser registered to Ginger Hoffner, of the same address when he stated he swerved to avoid a deer, went into a west ditch, and struck fence and power pole. No injuries were reported.
Intersection of U.S. 77 and 13th Road
Steven Heyman, 20, 321 Cleveland Street, Burns, was driving a 2003 Ford F150 registered to James Heyman of the same address, west on 13th Road 5:20 p.m. Sept. 25. Heyman stopped at the intersection but struck John Hamling, 25, 453 A. Road Burns, driving a 1995 Plymouth Voyager registered to Ken Frederick, 805 N. Poplar St., Peabody, crossing U.S. 77. Destany Jost and Clement Fredrick, of the same address as Hamling, were passengers in the voyager. No injuries were reported.
Ash Street, Hillsboro
Raymond Carl Schlichting, 92, 1 Park Avenue, Hillsboro, was driving south on Ash Street in his Buick LeSabre 11:30 a.m. Thursday when he side swiped a mailbox. No damage was evident to the mailbox. The vehicle’s passenger side mirror sustained damage.
400 block of E. First Street, Hillsboro
An unknown individual sideswiped a 1998 Ford F-150 registered to Jeremy Dean Heim, Newton while backing out of a parking stall between 8:30 a.m. and 8:40 p.m. Saturday on the 400 block of E. First Street. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
500 block of E. C. Street, Hillsboro
Andrew Daniel Perez, 22, Corpus Christi, Texas, hit a sign post 6:30 a.m. Sept. 25 while driving a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon registered to Joe Perez of the same address on the wrong side of the road on East C. Street. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
Adams Street, Hillsboro
Michael Drollinger, 49, Wichita, while driving a 2007 Dodge registered to Reynolds Transport of Wichita backed into a 2005 GMC Yukon registered to Nicole Marie Suderman, 1628 Kanza Road, Hillsboro parked on Adams 9:40 a.m. Sept. 26. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.

Barbara McMinn, 40, 610 W. Grand Ave, Hillsboro backed her 2001 Ford Ranger into Lonn Richards, 80, 809 E. C. Street, Hillsboro, who was driving his 2006 Toyota Camry east on F. 2:50 p.m. Sept. 21. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
