305 E. Main St, Marion

Rebecca Bentley, 26, 519 S. Elizabeth St., Wichita, struck a parked 1999 GMC pickup truck registered to William Frary, 1015 N. Pine St., Newton, driving east on Main Street at 4:50 p.m. April 30. Bentley said she tried to pick up a cell phone she dropped. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident. She was driving her 2007 Saturn passenger car.
