According to accident reports released Monday:

sheriff

360th Rd. at Timber Rd.

Julie Noeth, 34, of Ramona, driving a 2007 Toyota Tundra pickup, struck a 1989 Freightliner truck driven by Kevin Shields, 37, Lost Springs, who was making a right turn onto Timber Rd. at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 8.

Undersheriff David Huntley reported Noeth could not see the Freightliner due to road dust, and said Noeth turned right to avoid striking the truck, but collided with the right side.

K-15 highway north of 250th Rd.

Jeanna Rivir, 38, Durham was northbound in a 2007 BMW on K-15 highway at 9:30 p.m. Aug. 10 when she struck and killed a deer that ran into her path.

K-15 highway north of 70th Rd.

Thomas Forrester, 63, of Hillsboro was southbound in a 2003 Mercury Sable on K-15 highway one half mile north of 70th Rd. at 6:15 a.m. Aug. 11 when a deer entered the roadway. Deputy Derek Fetrow reported the deer was struck by the right front quarter panel of the vehicle, and that Forrester drove to his residence to report the collision.

60th Rd. east of Remington Rd.

Richard Fritz, 54, of Burns was driving a 2008 Honda motorcycle west on 60th Rd. one half mile east of Remington Rd. at 5:05 a.m. Aug. 5 when he struck a calf owned by Leland Jantzen of Burns. Deputy Wilma Mueller reported Peabody ambulance transported Fritz to Newton Medical Center.
