According to law enforcement reports released Saturday:

Marion county

Goldenrod Rd. south of US-56

A semi truck owned by Schmidt Farms, Gypsum, but driven by Curtis Gillespie, 34, Lyons, was northbound on Goldenrod Rd. at 2:14 p.m. Aug. 17 when the semi drove off the roadway. Gillespie overcorrected and the semi turned onto its side. No injuries were reported, and the vehicle was towed.

K-15 north of 260th Rd.

A 2004 Chevrolet Impala, driven by Nicholas Brandt, 25, Wichita, hit a deer at 12:15 a.m. Aug. 17. The car was not towed.
