According to law enforcement reports released Saturday:

Marion county

US-50 west of Wagonwheel Rd.

A 2003 Ford EC3, driven by Jama Abdifata, 35, Aurora, Colorado, hit a deer at 8:26 p.m. Sept. 3. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

190th Rd. east of Old Mill Rd.

A 1967 Jeep Wagoneer driven by Carri Stasch, 55, Marion, was westbound at 6:35 p.m. Aug. 29 when the vehicle left the roadway, entered the north ditch, and rolled over. A fence, owned by Frank Turner, Marion, was reported as damaged. Ottensmeier also reported observing possible signs of driving under the influence, and cited Stasch with driving under the influence of medication, driving without an ignition interlock device, and inability to provide insurance. Stasch was transported by Marion EMS to St. Luke Hospital. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

US-56 south of 270th Rd.

Mary Cunningham, 22, Andover, was southbound on US-56/77 in a 2004 Toyota 4Runner, owned by Andrew Cunningham, when she struck a pedal cyclist, Fred Puttroff, 62, Marion, who was also southbound. It was reported by Mike Ottensmeier that the driver was possibly distracted by a mobile device. Puttroff was airlifted to Wesley Medical, Wichita. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

9th St. west of Barker St., Florence

A 1993 Lincoln Towncar, driven by Tonia Lewis, 27, Florence, was eastbound on 9th St. with passengers Jeffery Hayes, 49, Rhiannon Catlin, 6, and Harlee Catlin, 3, when a 2008 Chevrolet Impala, driven by Theresa Harris, 67, Florence, was backing out of a parking space onto 9th St. Harris did not see Lewis, and struck Lewis’ Towncar. Improper backing and inattentiveness was cited in the report.

US-50 west of Turkey Creek Rd.

Nathanial Baumgartner, 26, Wellington, was eastbound on US-50 when the inside dual tire on the 2008 Sterling Truck, owned by RJ Corman, Nicholasville, Kentucky, blew out, throwing the center tread into the grill and hood of a 2006 Pontiac Torrent, driven by Donald Tibbits, 44, Wichita, but owned by Stabb Management, McPherson. No injuries were reported. The Pontiac Torrent was towed from the scene.

Hillsboro

Wal-Mart parking lot

A 2001 Chevrolet Lumina owned by Nancy Zoller of Peabody was reported damaged by an unknown motorist at 1:30 p.m. Thursday while parked outside of Wal-Mart.

First and Main Sts.

A 2013 Ford Edge driven by Harvey Sanders, 72, of Hillsboro, was allegedly struck by a 2013 Ford Escape driven by Alexis Scott, 31, of Hillsboro causing minimal damage to both vehicles. Police reports indicated Scott said her foot slipped off the brake pedal, causing her vehicle to continue westbound and strike Sanders’s vehicle.
