According to law enforcement reports released Friday:

190th Rd. west of Mustang Rd.

Josie Patterson, 20, Lee’s Summit, Missouri, topped a hill in her 2008 Dodge Durango and reportedly saw a large black car in the middle of the road at 11:55 a.m. Aug. 30. She reportedly tried to avoid the car and left the road, overcorrected, left the road to the left, then back to the right struck a utility pole. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
