Aldina Franz

Services for Aldina Mae Franz, 91, who died Monday at Hillsboro Community Hospital, will be 11 a.m. next Tuesday at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.

Born Dec. 17, 1930, in Goessel to George and Sara (Krause) Flaming, she married Raymond Franz on Nov. 11, 1951, rural Goessel. He died in 2017.

Survivors include sons Larry Franz of Colorado Springs and Dale Franz of Hillsboro; brother Howard Flaming of Dallas, Oregon; sister Lawanda Oblander of Newton; five grandchildren; and one great- grandchild.

Others preceding her in death include son Don Franz in 2004 and sisters Eleanor Edins and Gladys Nickel.

Family will receive friends 4 to 6:00 p.m. Monday at Jost Funeral Home.

A memorial has been established with Hillsboro Mennonnite Brethren Missions Board.
