An apple fairy has been leaving fruit outside Marion Senior Center for the past week.
A makeup meal was held Saturday to cover a snowed-out meal from February. Ed Riffel grilled hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill.
Jean Pierce provided treats Aug. 18 for her birthday.
Senior Center Day was Aug. 20. Center president, Sue Clough, conducted the business meeting in which several ladies from Lincolnville: Maxine Barton, Alta Huffington, Ruth Tajchman, Marilyn Montgomery, Cruz Carasco, and Twilla Baker attended. Linda Walter played the piano and hosted a sing-along for program.
A program will be held Wednesday after lunch.
The center will be closed on Labor Day.

Sept. 3 — Smothered hamburgers, mashed potatoes, carrots, fruit cocktail, frosted grahams, roll.
Sept. 4 — Taco pie, tossed salad, fruit, cupcake.
