WEDDINGS:   Arnhold-Lewis exchange vows

Chelsea Emma Leigh Arnhold and Brian Lewis exchanged marriage vows at 6 p.m. June 6 at Riverside Park, Wichita, with the Rev. Dave Mitchell officiating.

The bride is the daughter of former Marion residents Ken and Teri Arnhold of Ellsworth. She is the granddaughter of Richard and Ann Arnhold of Hays and Willard and Vada Carlson of Lindsborg and the late Leslie Loder.

Her husband is the son of Barry Lewis of Atlanta, Ga., and Lou and Marianne Curtis of Lenexa. He is the grandson of Marilyn Lewis of Atlanta and the late Dallas Lewis; and Margaret Rath of St. Louis and the late Joseph Rath.

Escorted by her father, the bride arrived at the outdoor ceremony in a horse-drawn carriage.

Providing music during the lighting of the candle were the couple’s friends, Shawn Wiggins, on guitar, and Mary Beth Martin, on violin.

Matron of honor was Leah Winterowd of Allen, Texas, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Alissa Vogel of Manhattan, and Anna Minneman and Sasha Edwards of Wichita, friends of the bride.

Best man was Zach Powell of Wichita. Groomsmen were Derek Best and Chuck Edwards of Wichita, and Josh Hughs of Manhattan, friends of the groom.

Following the ceremony, the couple traveled by a white carriage to a reception at 20th Century Center. Morgan LoVullo was in charge of the guest book.

The bride attends Wichita State University, majoring in art education, and plans to graduate in fall 2010.

The bridegroom also attends WSU, majoring in music education, and plans to graduate in spring 2010.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Breckenridge, Colo. They live in Wichita.
