Doris Ewert, Ira Penner, and Georgia Lalouette celebrated birthdays in January.
On Kansas Day, Jan. 29, residents saw the sights in Marion and ate Kansas Dirt Cake when they returned to the assisted living center.
Ginger Becker’s second-grade class from Marion Elementary School visited the center Feb. 14, to share treats for Valentine’s Day. Residents and staff selected George Svitak and Marie Mason as King and Queen of Hearts.
Residents continue to play bingo, have coffee, a social hour, and Bible study and devotions, and exercise. Families and friends are always welcome.
