Bredemeiers hold family reunion

The 63rd annual Bredemeier family reunion was held Sept. 25 in the Santa Fe room at Marion City Library.

President Kris Page welcomed family members. David Page gave the invocation.

The youngest family member present was 9-year-old Archer Page. The oldest was Laura Jane Bredemeier, who beat Ray Peirce by being one week older.

Those who attended were Laura Jane Bredemeier of Petaluma, California; Ray and Carol Peirce of Hesston; Gary and Joyce Mott of Manhattan; John and Barbara Summervill of Hutchinson; Frances Sanders and Kelli Foreman of Newton; David, Kris, and Archer Page of McPherson; Annette and Layne Nienstedt of Lincolnville; and Ken and Margie Nienstedt, Harvey and Betty Sanders, Carol Laue, Mick and Marge Summervill, Gene and Doris Winkler, Bruce Winkler, Theron Nienstedt, and Mike Richmond, all of Marion.

Officers elected for the 2017 reunion were Gene Winkler as president; Doris Winkler as vice president; and Laue as secretary/treasurer.
