Bryson E. Mills, 75, retired attorney, mediator, municipal court judge, and racecar owner/driver died Jan. 19, 2012, in Wichita.

For many years, he held the position of municipal court judge for many Marion County communities.

Mills is survived by his wife, Kathy, of the home; a daughter Karla Allen of Mill Valley, Calif.; a brother, William Mills of Newton; and a brother-in-law, Vance Hendry of Hutchinson.

A memorial service was held Tuesday at Calvary United Methodist Church, 2525 North Rock Road in Wichita.

Memorials have been established with the Belleville High Banks Hall of Fame in Belleville and Calvary United Methodist Church in Wichita.
