Linda Peterson visited Darlene Gutsch on Nov. 30.
Dinner guests Thanksgiving Day of Dan and Linda Peterson were Warren and Paula Fike of Ramona and Jeff and Jaime Peterson and Daniel of Eudora. Daniel stayed a few days with his grandparents, Dan and Linda.
Upcoming events at fellowship hall at Burdick United Methodist Church include a supper for adults, 7 p.m. Dec. 17. A white elephant gift exchange and games will follow the meal. The church Christmas program will be at 7 p.m. Dec. 19 with refreshments following. Christmas Eve candle light service will be at 7 p.m. Dec. 24.
Marilyn Hageberg and Phillip Hageberg visited Darlene Gutsch on Nov. 29.
Al and Lee Shade were guests Thanksgiving Day of Gene and Jean Ecklund at their home. Other guests were Tim and Karen Biehler.
Perry Gutsch visited Darlene Gutsch after work Dec. 1 and at noon Saturday.

Charles and Arlene Carlson stayed Saturday with Kent and Jean Brunner at their home. Jean, Arlene, and the great-grandchildren baked cookies.
Dean Forsberg was a visitor Nov. 29 and Friday of Evelyn Forsberg. Dean also ate dinner with Evelyn noon Sunday.

Members of Burdick Hustlers 4-H Club, Ray and Mary Ellerman, and other adults from the Burdick area went caroling and brought plates of cookies to residents Sunday afternoon.

Evelyn Forsberg visited Jane Rickenbrode on Dec. 1 at Council Grove. Savannah Hicks visited Evelyn Dec. 2. Evelyn also visited Harry Schump Sunday in Herington.
Clint and Diana Jost are new grandparents. John and Tory Jost are the parents of a daughter, Anna Mae, born Thursday. Clint and Diana visited Tory and Anna Mae Thursday at Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka.
