Bill and Carolyn Phillips of La Habra, Calif., and Janice DeFrancesco of Alta Lona, Calif., were visitors Monday of Elinor Remy. The women are sisters of Dwain Neustrom.
Burdick Council of Clubs will meet at 7 p.m. March 31 at the Legion Hall.
Dean Forsberg was a visitor March 7, March 9, and Friday of Evelyn Forsberg.
Perry Gutsch visited Darlene Gutsch Saturday afternoon. Perry and Sam Bowman attempted to burn Darlene’s pasture west of her house and some brush and tree piles.
Evelyn Forsberg visited Jane Rickenbrode of Council Grove March 10.
Clint Jost returned home March 9 after surgery at Wichita. He had numerous visitors on his return.
Evelyn Forsberg and Ethan Forsberg of Jewell visited Harry Schump Friday at Herington.
Gary Hageberg celebrated his birthday March 13.
Charles and Arlene Carlson were dinner guests Sunday of Kent and Jean Brunner at Ramona. Other guests were Nolan Brunner of Herington and Jill Brunner and Tucker of Emporia.
