Burdick United Methodist Church Christmas Eve services were canceled due to inclement weather.
Gary and Marilyn Hageberg attended a dinner Saturday evening hosted by Mike and Denice Hageberg, Trevor and Steven, of Garden City at their home. Other guests included Janine Hageberg and Ashlyn of Blackwell, Okla.; Dean DeSpain and friend of Lewisburg; and David and Kathy Fisher and family of Hillsboro.
Tom and Lynley Remy, Tad and Tye, of Manhattan and Katie were Christmas supper guests of Elinor Remy.
Joe Forsberg and McKenna Fogo of Salina were Dec. 21 visitors of Evelyn Forsberg. They all visited Jane Rickenbrode, Wade and Morgan, in Council Grove that afternoon.
Forrest and Marie Anderson were Dec. 23 through Sunday guests of Gary and Karen Korte in Emporia.
Clint and Diana Jost were Dec. 23 visitors of Charles and Arlene Carlson.

Keith and Dianne Miller of Grand Junction, Colo., came Dec. 22 and are houseguests of Lois Peterson. They had been in Topeka earlier.

The Jolotta service was canceled Christmas morning at the Hebron Lutheran Church. It was held Sunday morning with a large crowd present.
