Lois Peterson accompanied Ruth Riggin to Solomon noon Sunday to attend an Easter dinner and birthday celebration at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Bielefeld, Megan, and Seth. Other guests attending were Helen Sader of Lindsborg, Lyal and Julie Sader and Brylee and Trevin Sader of Salina, and Brian Sader of Wichita. There was an Easter egg hunt in the afternoon.

Diana Ecklund of Lincolnville visited Mary Deane Peterson March 30 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

Dean Forsberg was a visitor March 31 of Evelyn Forsberg.

Burdick United Methodist Church Administrative Council met March 31 at Fellowship Hall. Those attending were Ronnie Carlson, Diana Jost, Darlene Gutsch, pastor Jay J. Beck, James Jost, Joyce and Ruth Carlson, Gary Hageberg, Gene and Jean Ecklund, Lee Shade, Linnea Barlow, and Dan and Linda Peterson.

Jonnie and Cicely Karst and Britlee of Wichita visited Charles and Arlene Carlson Saturday evening.

Mary Deane Peterson had a surprise visit from her nephew, John Burns of Jacksonville, Fla. John stayed Friday night and Saturday with Burdette and Maureen Peterson at Happy Hollow. While he was there, he visited Mary Deane at Herington Municipal Hospital and flew home Saturday.

Forrest and Marie Anderson were guests of Gary and Karen Korte at Emporia Easter weekend. Others joining them were Erin Korte of Topeka and Jayson Hauser of Manhattan.

Harry Schump of Herington brought dinner for Evelyn Forsberg Thursday and spent the afternoon visiting.

Lois Peterson visited Mary Deane Peterson Saturday morning at Herington Municipal Hospital.

Mike and Linda Carlson entertained Easter Sunday with a dinner. Those attending were Charles and Arlene Carlson and Ken and Alice Peterson of Herington; Herb and Teresa Tressler of Paola; and Jonnie and Cicely Karst, Rylee, Preslee, and Britlee of Wichita.

Evelyn Forsberg joined family members Saturday night for supper at a restaurant in Lost Springs.

Elinor Remy visited Harold Diepenbrock at Medicalodges March 31 at Herington.

Cuyler Cowart was an overnight guest Friday of Burdette and Maureen Peterson. Cuyler went on a youth turkey hunt Saturday morning with his uncle, Marvin Peterson.

Darlene Gutsch accompanied Gene and Doris Winkler of Marion to Wichita Rehabilitation Center in Wichita noon Sunday for dinner celebrating Easter and Dorothy Rindt’s birthday, which was Monday. They had a carry-in dinner in a party room at the center where Dorothy is staying. Other attending were Debi Kreutzman and Lisa Anderson of Wichita; and Sherri Hess and her friend Seth, Macy and her friend Justin Looney, Kelli, Erica, and Jake of Marion. Doris took Darlene back to Burdick Sunday evening.

Dinner guests Easter Sunday of Evelyn Forsberg were Harry Schump and Jane Rickenbrode, Wade, and Morgan of Council Grove.

Cesar and Kelli Salazar, Rigo, and Mario hosted a dinner Easter Sunday at their home in Derby for Burdette and Maureen Peterson of Burdick; Bret and Lisa Beye, Cuyler, and Chelsea of Herington; and Ron and Jenny Schrader, Shae, and Hunter of Wichita.

Jim and Marilyn Peterson and Lois Peterson attended a supper Friday evening for Tyler Dalke who celebrated his seventh birthday at the home of his parents, Matt and Jamie Dalke and Reagan at Chapman. Others attending were Alfred and Darlene Sondergard of Ramona and John and Delores Dalke and John Jr. of Hillsboro.

Elinor Remy was a dinner and supper guest Easter Sunday of Tom and Lynley Remy and Katie. Tad and Tye Remy of Manhattan joined them for Easter.

Mary Deane Peterson was transferred from Wesley Medical Center to Herington Municipal Hospital Friday.

Clint and Diana Jost entertained family members noon Sunday, which included Nick and Beth Weibert and Kaylee of Abilene; James Jost, John and Torey Jost and Collin of St. Mary; and Steve and Annelle Jost of Hillsboro.
