Our appreciation to all who helped in any way with the Burdick Legion and Auxiliary Pancake Days, Nov. 1 and 8. This money-making event made a good profit so we were able to pass some of it to the American Legion for up-keep of their building.

Please remember in your thoughts and prayers this week Lee Remy, who has been moved from Marion to Herington and is reported to be doing better. Shirley Miller of Herington, who was in the Herington Hospital with pneumonia, is now recuperating at home.
