Entrepreneurs planning to start or expand a business can receive free consulting Jan. 18 from the Emporia State University Kansas Small Business Development Center.

Consultations will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 18 at the Butler Community College-Marion Campus at 412 N. 2nd St., Marion. The consulting services are confidential.
