Cattlemen's Boot Camp set at KSU
The 10th Cattlemen’s Boot Camp will be held Dec. 16 and 17, in Weber Hall at Kansas State University.
The sessions will include information on reproduction, marketing, carcass value, and communicating a positive message as beef producers.
Hands-on courses on permanent identification, body condition scoring, and carcass evaluation also will occur in smaller group settings.
The camp is open to all cattle producers, but enrollment is limited, so producers should sign up in advance.
The camp is sponsored by the American Angus Association and the Angus Foundation.
