Strategic action development and planning will be the focus of a special board meeting of Harvey-Marion County, CDDO from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday.

Consultants from Wichita State University Center for Organizational Development and Collaboration will conduct the meeting, which will be held at the community room at 215 S. Pine St. in Newton.
