Centre golf places 7th at invitational

The Centre High School golf team finished in seventh place among 11 schools Thursday in the Remington Invitational Golf Tournament at Fox Ridge in Newton.

Individually, Adam Matz medaled with a 10th-place finish and a score of 85. Tyler Klenda scored 88 for 12th place, Trevor Hageberg 94 for 24th place, Dylan Svitak 98 for 33rd place, and Kodey Johnson 112 for 56th place. Brian Burhoop was disqualified.
