Centre volleyball was host for a triangular Tuesday, and split its first two league games of the season.

It bested Elyria Christian in straight sets, 25-20, 25-18, before being walloped by an energetic Goessel squad in two sets, 25-7, 25-7.

Centre will be host for an invitational tournament Saturday beginning at 9 a.m.
