Five anonymous Marion Chamber of Commerce members cooked up their own pots of chili Friday for the groups’ monthly meeting.
Attending patrons were given a tray with five Styrofoam cups that contained samples of each chili. Each cup was color coded so participants could vote using a ballet that had the corresponding color names on it.
In the end, it was a tie between Chris Costello and Casey Case. Costello won the tiebreaker.
Other participants in the chili cook-off were Kevin Fruechting, Mickey Lundy, and Shawn Geis.
Holli Atwood and Tonya Ross of Harden Hospice in Wichita also gave a presentation that outlined the care and services their business provides.
