Chef Rob and Hillsboro Recreation Commission will hold a grilling class from 6 to 8 p.m. April 11 at Parkside Duplex number 10 in Hillsboro.

The class will cover different ways to use marinades, rubs, and brining, and also will include grilling beef kabobs, bacon-wrapped drumsticks and grilled vegetables.

If this class fills, a second class is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. April 12.

The event is for ages high school and older who are looking for different types of grilling.

Cost is $20. Deadline to sign up is April 8.
