Church women in Marion observed World Day of Prayer March 4 at the Valley United Methodist Church.

The service included hymns played by Lydia Gates along with song leader Sue Clough.

Taking part in the service were Margaret Wilson, Donna Kreutziger, Joni Riemer, Ann Carr, Jan Helmer, Mary Ford, Janet Bryant, Shirley Bowers, and Connie Fisher.
