Marion County Senior Citizens Board met Dec. 18 at the center. Sue Clough performed a vocal solo of “O Holy Night.”
Sue Clough, Mary Hett, Barb and Larry Smith, Elsie Reiswig, Irmagene Goodman, Pat Busey, Evelyn Jewett, Shirley Bowers, and Al and Gloria Ash came Dec. 21 to work on the newsletter.
Marion Elementary School third graders sang Christmas carols Dec. 21. They were directed by Thomas Labotte.
Pam Varenhorst brought party punch Dec. 23. It was followed by a carol sing with Sue Clough as song leader and Keith Allison as pianist.
The center will be closed New Years Day.
The public is welcome Jan 6. when local Edward Jones agent Chris Fernandez speaks. Elvis also will perform at the senior center at 7 p.m. Jan. 7.
