Tommy M. Tibbets on Oct. 31 filed a lawsuit seeking more than $75,000 against the estate of Sally N. Rowell and David P. Calvert, special administrator of her estate. Tibbets claims a Nov. 8, 2015, accident on Highway 56 was caused by Rowell swerving into Tibbets’ lane while driving southbound, and the collision caused the 2005 International truck Tibbets was driving to catch fire.
