In a home game Thursday, the Centre Junior High School varsity girls’ basketball team defeated Solomon, 29-13.
After a competitive 10-8 first quarter, with Centre leading, the Solomon girls added just 5 points compared to 19 by Centre.
Kristin Vinduska scored 12 points. Other scorers were Haley Rudolph, 7; Taylor Peterson, 6; and Shelby Pankratz, 4.
The junior varsity defeated Solomon, 22-11.
The varsity remains undefeated in the league, with an overall record of 3-5.
