Club hears interesting program

Neo-Century Club members heard an interesting program April 3 when they met at Hilltop Manor. Marion “Oggie” Ogden present the program, entertaining the group with a talk about his business, “Bearly Makin’ Antiques.”

Oggie shared experiences he and Dennis Maggard encountered over the years. He also brought several “old” items with him and asked club members if they could identify them. If someone knew the answer, she got to keep the article.

Thirteen members answered roll call with a show and tell of their favorite treasure.

Devotions were given by Elaine Morse.

Refreshments of Easter basket cupcakes, candies, and drinks were served by hostesses Karen Ehrlich and LaVaughn Klose.

The next meeting will be May 1, when members and spouses will be dining at The Whistle Stop in Walton.
