Jeffrey Madsen, 55, Peabody, arrested by Marion County Sheriff on a Shawnee County Warrant for failing to appear in court, Aug. 22.

Pedro Garcia-Flores, 28, Wichita, accused by Kansas Highway Patrol of driving without insurance, without a driver’s license, without registration, with the wrong vehicle tag displayed, and of transporting an open container Aug. 23.

Melissa Tajchman, 19, Marion, accused by Marion County Sheriff of obstructing the legal process, Aug. 25.
