Brian Marck, 47, Wichita, accused of driving with a suspended license, arrested by Florence Police Department, Feb. 25.

Tyler Slater, 22, Peabody, accused of driving with a suspended license, disorderly conduct, and having no interlock device, arrested by Marion Police Department, Feb. 26.

Jason Hinton, 33, Florence, accused of disorderly conduct, domestic battery, interference with law enforcement officer, and criminal threat, arrested by the Florence police department, Feb. 26.

Joshua Fettke, 26, Hillsboro, arrested for failure to appear in court by Hillsboro Police Department, Feb. 28.

Danny Fistler, 46, Peabody, booked for court commitment with Peabody Municipal Court by Peabody Police Department, Feb. 28.

Cody Fistler, 21, Halstead, arrested for failure to appear in Harvey County Court by Peabody Police Department, March 2.
