Patrick Bernhardt, 46, Marion, jailed March 27 by Marion police on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Bree Fryman, 18, Marion, committed by the court March 27.

Kimberly Frye, 22, Marion, jailed April 1 by Marion police on a charge of domestic battery.

Sherri Ann Krug, 55, Marion, committed by the court March 30.

Nicholas Lopez, 25, Marion, jailed March 29 on two Pottawatomie County warrants for failure to appear in court.

Charles Matthews, 33, Marion, jailed and held for court March 30.

Jeffrey Miller, 38, Marion, jailed Thursday by Marion police on two charges of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, two charges of indecent solicitation of a child, two charges of furnishing alcohol to a minor, and one charge of breach of privacy.

Franklin Shope, 59, Herington, jailed March 28 by Marion police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and transporting an open container.

Cyle Wilson, 21, Marion, jailed Thursday by Marion police on a charge of interference with a law enforcement officer.
