Patrick Bernhardt, 46, Marion, arrested May 19 by Marion police on a charge of domestic battery.

Joseph Caudle, 38, Durham, jailed May 16 on a Butler County warrant alleging failure to appear in court.

Melissa Demo, 48, Cassoday, jailed on court orders May 18.

Adam Janzen, 18, Marion, arrested May 22 by Marion police on charges of transporting an open container of alcohol and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Lyle Ledford, 46, Peabody, jailed on court orders May 12.

Donald Litherland, 57, Topeka, jailed May 15 after allegedly failing to appear in court.

Rodney Reeves, 48, Hillsboro, arrested May 8 by Hillsboro police on a charge of domestic battery.

Michael Richmond, 53, Marion, jailed May 21 on court orders.

Gary Scott, 29, Newton, arrested May 20 by sheriff’s deputies on a charge of theft.

Gary Tomlinson, 42, Peabody, arrested May 19 by Marion police on charges of criminal trespass and criminal damage to property.

Debra Tullis, 44, Goessel, arrested May 11 by Marion police on charges of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, transporting an open container of alcohol, driving while her license was suspended, and speeding.

Dillon Wildin, 24, Marion, arrested May 22 by Marion police on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Ty Wood, 18, Florence, jailed May 14 for allegedly violating probation.
