Wanda Luttig, 42, McPherson, arrested Aug. 6 by Department of Wildlife and Parks officer for failure to appear in court.

James Huggins, 28, Wichita, arrested Aug. 9 by Peabody police for failure to appear in court.

Keith Hawkins, 18, Florence, arrested Aug. 9 by sheriff’s deputies on a Shawnee County warrant for theft.

Toby Jones, 26, Lehigh, arrested Aug. 9 by sheriff’s deputies for alleged probation violation.

Clayton Lingenfelter, 18, Hillsboro, arrested Aug. 9 by sheriff’s deputies for bond revocation.

Justin Loomis, 22, Marion, arrested Aug. 10 by sheriff’s deputies on a Dickinson County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Floyd Howe, 76, Hillsboro, arrested Aug. 10 by Hillsboro police on allegations of driving while license suspended, no vehicle registration, no proof of insurance, and failure to appear in court.

Michael Aycock, 41, Walton, arrested Aug. 10 by Peabody police on allegations of theft, no proof of insurance, illegal vehicle tag, and leaving the scene of an accident.
