NEW ARRESTS

Mathew L. Bice, 36, Marion, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of illegally carrying a concealed weapon, interfering with a law enforcement officer, and possession of stolen property, a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia. Held in lieu of $11,500 surety bond.

Adrian E. Guzmen-Hernandez, 43, Houston, Texas, arrested Sunday by a state trooper on suspicion of operating a vehicle without a license. Released the next day on $500 surety bond.

Julie E, Starks, 38, Marion, arrested Monday by Marion police on suspicion of interfering with a law enforcement officer and four instances of failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Nov. 11, 2017, on suspicion of arson and falsely reporting a crime and Jan. 5, 2018, on suspicion of possessing hallucinogens and drug paraphernalia.

Janae N. Wiebe, 31, Marion, jailed June 24 after failing to appear in court. Released an hour later on her own recognizance. Previously jailed May 21, 2018, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and Oct, 22, 2018, after failing to appear in court another time.

Cyle L. Wilson, 27, Marion, arrested June 23 by Marion police on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia and of driving in violation of license restrictions, without a required sobriety interlock, without valid registration, and without liability insurance. Released three hours later on $2,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Feb. 16 on suspicion of burglary, theft by deception, and criminal trespass.

Lauren R. Wolf, 35, Peabody, arrested June 24 by Peabody police for allegedly violating probation. Held without bond. Jailed 18 times between Nov. 27, 2017, and March 19, 2020, on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, assault, attempting to interfere with a law enforcement officer, battery, battery of a law enforcement officer, contempt of court, criminal threat, criminal trespass (five times), disorderly conduct, domestic battery, driving with a suspended license, failing to appear in court, and probation violation (four other times).
