Couple announces engagement

Trevor Smith and Jennifer Fredrickson, of Marion, with their children, Eldon and Kaden, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Parents of the bride-to-be are Rick and Gail Boaldin of Silver Lake and Mike Fredrickson of Bolivar, Mo. Grandparents are John and Dorothy Fredrickson and Garry and Marcia Vogel of Marion, and Joan Boaldin and John and Sandy Walker of Wichita. Great-grandparents are Roy and Bonnie Sanders of Wichita, Lou Fredrickson of Marion, and Justene “Mimmi” Raleigh of Hillsboro.

Her fiancé’s parents are Steve Smith and Greta Smith of Marion. Grandmothers are Mona Smith and Juanita Helmer of Marion.

Jennifer is a 2006 graduate of Silver Lake High School. She is employed as a certified nurse’s aide at Parkside Homes, Inc. of Hillsboro.

Her fiancé is a 1999 graduate of Marion High School and is employed at Golden Heritage Foods of Hillsboro.

A wedding is planned June 12 at Valley United Methodist Church, Marion.
