Couple plans summer wedding

Clark and Marilyn Wedel of Moundridge announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Megan Nicole Wedel, to Jared Duane Hett, son of Gary and Joella Hett of Marion.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Moundridge High School and will graduate in May from Tabor College. She will be employed at Citizens State Bank in Newton.

Her fiancé is a 2004 Marion High School graduate and graduated from Tabor College in 2009. He is employed by Prairie View in Newton.

A wedding is planned Aug. 7 at Eastmoor United Methodist Church in Marion.
