Jim and Peggy Cather of Lincoln, Nebraska, will celebrate their 80th birthdays on June 14 and 15. Peggy is a graduate of Marion High School, and Jim lived in Marion as a young adult, working at Cather Floor Covering.

They returned to Marion to take care of their parents and were members of Our Savior Lutheran Church. They moved to Lincoln around 2007.
